Went here because it is a preferred State Farm facility. They did a nice job on body damage. However the mechanical damage was ignored. I was informed that I need to take it to another dealership to get a d They did a nice job on body damage. However the mechanical damage was ignored. I was informed that I need to take it to another dealership to get a diagnostic completed to determine if the damage was from the accident. My concerns with this are,It will take another week to get it in to Hyundai dealership for the mechanical assessment. Then if they decide that the damage is from the accident, how long will it take to get it scheduled for a repair. Smedley's Chevrolet is an automobile dealership, not just an autobody repair shop. Yet, they are unable to do a mechanical diagnostic. So does that mean all their used cars that are not Chevrolet are sold "as is", since they are not qualified to work on other models? More
