Took my 2024 gmc in for first oil change and some dash and steering wheel pieces replaced. Went and picked it up the things are replaced oil change and tires rotated. Going home noticed my passenger mirror wasn't working right. Called them told them about the mirror ok bring it back in so I did. They call me and said those are not the mirrors it came with. Yes I'm aware of that. Didn't have a problem before I dropped it off. Now I do claimed they didn't touch the mirror which is a lie. You have to put them flat against the truck to put it on a lift. Said since they are not stock the warranty is void. I explained to him again I didn't have a problem before you had it in your shop now I do. Said it wasn't their problem. That's fine I will take my money elsewhere and let people know about this More
