The Smart team was incredible to do business with, including: Our sales person, Scott Nelson, knows the product lines and was great to work with. He walked us through all the current models and options, which enabled us to make an informed decision. With his insight to the Toyota line, we were able to finalize our purchase decision in one day. Dana Raker facilitated the purchase paperwork. Her knowledge on the process with all the forms, options and title work streamlined the process. Our new Avalon is equipped with all the new computer, phone, internet and Bluetooth functionality. A big thank-you to John Morrison for taking extra time to provide an orientation and answering all of our questions. And - a big Thank you to TJ Johnson - He was there to greet us on our initial visit and the first to shake our hands after banging the gong. Thank you Smart Motors - you have an incredible team! More
Toyota service center Service customers beware. Had rear shocks replaced at 40k miles on a 2012 Rav4 because of leakage, cost was $520 ! I thought this sounded high priced. Service customers beware. Had rear shocks replaced at 40k miles on a 2012 Rav4 because of leakage, cost was $520 ! I thought this sounded high priced. Was told to get other estimates and they would see what they could do. East side Toyota was $85 less, out of town Toyota dealer (Monroe) was $200 less ! And I had to get other estimates in writing. They ended up refunding to me $85. They also stated that they could set their prices anywhere they like ! I would never go back. More

I had to negotiate with Scott over email as I was traveling. He was prompt, precise and and on the money with his help. He pointed us to a better deal for a model with more options. When we said we weren't interested he started yelling at us saying "you don't know anything about this place!" and some other things that I didn't hear. Not a great way to attract customers. We definitely will not be purchasing a car there or recommending them. More
