The folks at Smart Motors, and Chris LaCrosse, in particular, was always helpful and responsive to my needs, and I would not hesitate to heartily recommend him. He even responded to one message to me while he was out of town on personal business. (BTW, the list of Select employee(s) worked with shown for this dealership is *seriously* out of date!!) More

Tyler Nadelhoffer my sales agent found exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. No beating around the bush I obtained exactly what I wanted. Mileage on the car was good, the car was in excellent shape, and I even saved $3000 below sticker price. At the end after the plates were put on the turn in the paperwork signed Tyler blocked me completely through everything on the car from the area to find the gas release to the extra features of the trunk leaving nothing out. A nice touch was when he synced my iPhone to the car via Bluetooth. Also the rest of the sales staff was exceptional. I was treated with respect and no as a number. I highly recommend this business to anybody looking to purchase a new or used car. As a sidenote I would personally ask for Tyler to be your agent. More

He gave me options that fit my needs and budget. The entire staff make it easy to do business with. I also do 100% of my service and maintenance with Smart Toyota. I drive over an hour each time knowing that the best service team touches my car. I am very particular and they have done an exceptional job in the 3 years I have been using them. Never Ceases 2 Amaze Me Scott Lutzke, Service Advisor at Smart Motors, was truly my saving grace yesterday morning after the lens of my rear light in my new Toyota Highlander Scott Lutzke, Service Advisor at Smart Motors, was truly my saving grace yesterday morning after the lens of my rear light in my new Toyota Highlander busted out while I was backing out of my driveway. Perhaps I failed to use the large screen on my dashboard, directly in front of my face……otherwise noted as the “back-up camera” which resulted in hitting the garbage can at the end of our driveway. YIKES…not a terrific way to start the day, I must say! Anyway I went to Smart Motors first thing before heading to work with high hopes to get the lens replaced before the end of the day, “as if nothing ever happened” in the eyes of my husband, that is! There are some things that are best left unshared and this was definitely one of those finer moments! Scott was absolutely fabulous as he knew time was a factor. He took a look at the minor mishap, what it would take to fix it, consulted with the parts area which said they could have the new lens by 7AM the next morning, provided me a quote for the total cost of a new lens/labor, scheduled a time for the replacement of the lens for the following day and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes! Not only was Scott extremely efficient, he was very personable as if I had worked with him for years. Smart Motors, truly never ceases to amaze me, excellent customer service and such a positive fun place every time I walk through the doors. The Toyota Highlander is our 2nd New Vehicle with Smart Motors since 2014 and we have no desire to work with any other dealership! More

Back in August 2015 I picked up 2nd my new vehicle from Smart, which is a Highlander and since then I have been back to SMART for an oil change etc. SMART provides white glove customer service 100% of the time, it doesn't matter what you are there for, whether it is buying a vehicle or having your vehicle serviced. It's a fabulous experience as everyone is so nice and accommodating, no other dealership in the area can replicate SMART MOTORS touch!
