This was a huge decision for us and we had a whole lot of questions as well as a price we needed to stick with. These guys made that happen with a vehicle that so far we both love. We have been told by other Toyota owners we know that we will never drive anything else; that is pretty good advertisement for the product. However the staff at Smart Motors was the pivoting point that made us decide on this vehicle. More

Fast, no pressure buying Had done my research on line so I knew generally what model Prius I wanted and what I wanted for my trade. Contacted Todd Wersland from Internet sales Had done my research on line so I knew generally what model Prius I wanted and what I wanted for my trade. Contacted Todd Wersland from Internet sales and received a rapid quote on one vehicle and an appointment that Saturday. At the appointment the test rides were waiting and my trade was appraised while we drove. Decided on a 2017 model to take advantage of current incentives from Toyota and Todd was able to locate the vehicle we wanted at a different dealership. We agreed on a price and the trade and all only took a couple of hours. Scheduled the pickup for the following Wednesday. No additional pressure for purchasing extras at pickup, car was ready and the overview of operation and features was thorough and efficient. Have dealt with Smart in the past and will do so again in the future. More

Seth bent over backwards to find us a Toyota Highlander that was all but impossible to find in Madison, Wisconsin. There was no pressure, only the information we needed was provided and everything was smooth and easy. The whole process took less than 45 minutes and we drove away with the Highlander. Seth even offered to program our Bluetooth after we were out the door!! I highly recommend Seth and Smart Motors as your first stop when searching for a new vehicle!! More
