Great Car Buying Experience! I recently bought a 2019 Tundra from Smart Toyota. This was my second purchase from them; the first purchase was a 2018 Tacoma in May of this year. Both times my buying experience with Smart Toyota was excellent! My sales person did a fantastic job with communications and listening to what I did and did not want. There were no high pressure sales at any step of the process. In both purchases Smart Toyota gave me a very fair deal, especially with my trade ins on both purchases. Everyone at the dealership is helpful and respectful. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota, give Smart Toyota a first consideration. -Terry More

Perfect sales person for me I came in wanting to test drive a Prius Prime, having decided that I was looking to buy a plug-in hybrid to replace a 17-year-old Honda Civic. Alex wa I came in wanting to test drive a Prius Prime, having decided that I was looking to buy a plug-in hybrid to replace a 17-year-old Honda Civic. Alex was more or less assigned to me, but he turned out to be the perfect sales person for me. He was straightforward and honest in all of his dealings with me, and very helpful in many ways. It turned out that there were no Primes on the lot at the time, but Alex arranged for me to meet one of the other staff (Doug, whose last name I regrettably do not remember). Doug and his wife have a Prime, so Doug arranged to have his wife stop after she got off work so that I could test drive their car. It only took a short drive to convince me that this was the car I wanted, even though I was going to have to wait for two weeks before one arrived at the dealership. I have two main complaints. First, too many "add-ons" were thrown at me at the time I came in to pick up the car, "add-ons" that amounted to thousands of extra dollars of cost. I was forced to choose on the spur of the moment whether I wanted these at less expense as part of a package deal or later at a significant increase in cost. I like to be dealt with in a straightforward manner, and this sort of high-pressure salesmanship turns me off. It appeared to be a corporate policy to present these features this way. Also, John's run-through of the features of the car was way too fast for me, and I absorbed almost nothing of what he said. In fact I had to ask Alex before I left in my new car if he could go through the basic features just so I could get home. More
