I called them right before I went to another dealer and explained to them which car I was interested in, my trade in info and was transferred to Rodney. Rodney, worked with me via text while I was at the other dealer, and after leaving that dealership, I was at Smart Motors in less than 10 minutes. The Highlander I wanted to test drive was already pulled around and ready for a test drive. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, the rest of the deal went quickly without any hard press to purchase additional items. They had a specialist walk me around a floor model and explain all the features while I was waiting to complete financing. Finance went through things quickly but thoroughly and they got me on my way. Since it was the holidays, my only request was to take a picture with a big bow on top of my car.
