Lazy service department I brought my truck in for a simple alignment. After waiting all day I get it back they only took the time to adjust the toe setting. This probably took them a total of 10 min to do with setting the car up on alignment rack. I had to pay $100 to adjust a setting that can be done in the drive way. They told me afterwards that if it falls in the range they don’t even bother with it (even though it affects tire wear, vehicle stability and handling. So 4 of the 6 settings for the front were on the border of out of spec. They also tell you that they will do a free courtesy inspection of your vehicle, this was clearly not done as I know both of my headlights are cracked and one was burnt out at time of service. They claimed everything looked good. If they didn’t even check the easy and obvious stuff I doubt they checked anything else. This is the kind of lazy service you pay for when going to smart Toyota. They made absolutely no attempt to actually complete the job and instead told me to bring it back another time if I have a problem. I later brought my truck to an independent shop and they were able to get all the settings dialed in perfectly and only took an hour. I will not recommend this Toyota dealer/shop to anyone! More

I had been to multiple dealers and was told I could not get what I wanted and others that told me they could special order if I paid a large deposit. He talked to the order manager and they were able to get exactly what I wanted after 6 weeks at a price I was willing to pay. When I went to pick it up there were no surprises and I was out in 90 minutes. Best car shopping experience ever. More

Not only is the sales process informative and comfortable, answering all questions, but the service is outstanding. I just leased my second vehicle (2019 RAV4) working again with Mark on the financial/pricing side and he made sure I received the best deal possible. I trust him and that makes a big difference! This is my third RAV4. Each time they improve the style and the features. The comfort and safety is critical for me and it always meets my needs. I lease so that I don't have to worry about care and maintenance. It is included with the package I selected. The service department is always helpful; I have used them many times over the years. Before I leased, I had my RAV4 for 11 years and had no complaints about its reliability. My family has also owned a Camry, Corolla (my mom's first new car ever!), and Highlander, all quality vehicles. You cannot go wrong with Toyota and specifically Smart Toyota!! I will continue to use them in the future. I should also state that the financial side (agreements, choices, etc.) was well done. Options and scenarios were provided to help me make the best selections for me. I never felt rushed. That is important because it is a big decision. More
