He helped me pick the perfect car for my family. He was very approachable and friendly. He was very quick to respond to e-mails and texts (which I really appreciated). I went and test drove at two other dealerships in Madison, and ended up coming back to Smart because nobody else took care of me like they did. Their waiting area is also very nice! I loved the cold water bottles they offered. Small things like that mean a lot! Thank you again Chris! More

I was paired with Mark Koebbe and Mark Heckel, what a fantastic team and what a fantastic experience both helped me have with leasing my 2019 Hybrid RAV4. They were there with all the answers, showed me everything about the vehicle and explained without sounding boring what the differences were between the XLE and Limited.
