General Sales Manager Justin Jackson is not pro customer General Sales Manager Justin Jackson is rude. I had a $200 coupon toward the purchase of a new vehicle as a returning customer. This was my 3rd Toyo General Sales Manager Justin Jackson is rude. I had a $200 coupon toward the purchase of a new vehicle as a returning customer. This was my 3rd Toyota purchase from this store. I presented the coupon at the time of the purchase just like it said on the coupon. Then Jackson said I could not use it because it was not presented at the time of the "haggling". I advised him that this is not what is printed on the coupon. I asked Jackson if he was willing to lose the $48,000 car sale over a $200 coupon. Jackson suggested that maybe I didn't want the new car. At that point, I asked to speak to the General Manager and he said that he was the GM. I asked to speak to his supervisor. At that point, Jackson pushed the coupon at Ryan and said give it to her. Jackson ruined my new car buying experience. Instead of excitement and happiness, I still feel anxious about the whole thing. Smart Motors can do better than this. Ryan and Cody were wonderful to work with and they both witnessed my entire encounter with Jackson. More

We sat here all day because we wanted to pay with cash- they don't accept cash. Who doesn't accept cash? Tried to go to a bank and it was Saturday afternoon by that time. We don't live in Madison and were they don't accept cash. Who doesn't accept cash? Tried to go to a bank and it was Saturday afternoon by that time. We don't live in Madison and were coming from out of town. The bank that was open wouldn't sell a money order because we aren't a member of that bank. The dealer states this is a corporate rule due to corona virus. When calling Toyota corporate they said it is NOT a dealer rule. There's no good reason for this policy ... If it's due to touching cash that could be contaminated from a sick person, you still touch a money order and you still touch the pen and paperwork filled out to purchase... So that is not a valid reason. It was suggested we just finance the whole car. Why would we do that when we have cash in hand? Ridiculous and a waste of a day with small children. More

She knew the answers to the dozens of questions I asked. She explained the features of the van with all of the details I wanted to hear. She communicates very clearly. Smart Motors did not have a van with the packages I wanted. Lesly worked with someone to find a van with those features. On the day we completed the purchase, Lesly helped us pair our phones, customize our seat position memory buttons, and explained many more features of the car. More
