This review is long overdue but my wife and I want Beth Brooks and Smart Toyota to get the recognition they deserve. We live out of state and were just passing through Madison when we thought we should sto Brooks and Smart Toyota to get the recognition they deserve. We live out of state and were just passing through Madison when we thought we should stop and look at RAV4s, knowing we would likely buy them locally instead. Beth knew this but still treated us like serious customers. She let us test drive multiple vehicles and offered us unbelievably low prices. We told her we would likely buy from a local dealer, but she still checked in with us every few days to see how the car search was going. We searched many local dealers, but none of them could offer us the right vehicle or at such a good price. In the end, we ended up not buying one but two 2020 RAV4 hybrids from Smart Toyota. We could not be happier with our new vehicles or the experience we had with Beth and the Smart Toyota team. More
