Delt with other places and wasnt looking forward to putting up with that saleman who forced me into something i hated but had to take. Not here though i got exactly what i wanted with the best service unlike any other dealership. Was suprisenly taken care of with no work arounds that made me question the reliabily of the company. Was done in one day which was above and beyond my expectations. They had it all taken care of. No pushy sellers no outragous payments no hasseling. Would definitely go back and also recommend. Great job guys! More

Cole Vandewoestyne offered excellent customer service and knowledge on the vehicles he was offering. Not only did I find the car that I wanted, but he found my wife a 2015 Honda Civic that she now loves. Everyone involved had a very professional attitude and were very helpful throughout the process. I would gladly recommend this friendly staff to any of my friends and family. More

I spoke with Rob about a used 2010 Malibu which I already had a loan for through my local bank. Rob was supposed to fax the information to my bank on thursday, when hanging up with them they said "I'm faxing had a loan for through my local bank. Rob was supposed to fax the information to my bank on thursday, when hanging up with them they said "I'm faxing it right now." On friday my bank calls me at work to inform me they never received any information and I had to call 4 times to speak with someone to have it faxed. I then asked Rob to hold the car I would be up the next day, he stated "it will be here." Saturday morning I get up and head out at 740 A.M to get my sister to ride with me to bring back both vehicles and when I get up there at 1 P.M. they inform me that they sold the car, then tried to tell me since I was already buying a 2010 model they have lots of 2011's in stock for a "great deal." I informed Rob I wouldn't be buying anything from him and walked out the door. Rob knew I would be driving quite a distance and didn't bother to call and inform me this car had been sold. I then called to speak with management and spoke with Neil. He proceeded to tell me "all I can say is sorry." I told him his sorry didn't mean a thing to me and ended the phone call. My boyfriend and I wonder if they ever had the intention of selling this vehicle (because it was a good deal) or if it was a bait car to get people into the dealership. I am very unhappy and this ended up costing me over $60 dollars in gas and another $50 for the loan that was never used. In my opinion if you don't want to be dooped Go Elsewhere! More
We are in the market for a new vehicle. Met with a sales guy and after making a decision we applied online for the car (Friday). Sales guy was suppose to call us back Monday & never did. We called him & wen guy and after making a decision we applied online for the car (Friday). Sales guy was suppose to call us back Monday & never did. We called him & went in to discuss a few options. Sales guy had to get another copy of my drivers license because he threw out the other copy, he also had to ask for my information a second time and he said "I must of threw it out because I don't know where it is" That certainly made me feel unimportant, a sales guy didn't even care enough to keep my information in a safe place.. Sales guy and finance guy were suppose to run our application and call us back Monday. After a week had passed, we still had not heard from them. When I called back to find out the status of the application, he said he has no information in a very rude sarcastic tone and said he can't do anything on a weekend (even though we applied the week before) Asked to be connected to finance he said they were busy. Asked for their voice mail and I was told to call the dealership back and ask for finance. (Now, we more than qualify with our income and had a nice down payment, so this had nothing to do with us not being properly prepared for the purchase of a vehicle, I think it had to do with us wanting a used car instead of a new car, since the commission is not as much of a profit for them) Called the dealership back and asked for a manager, explaining everything to him. Manager said he would get back to me that same day... 6 days later We still had not heard back and we decided to go to a different company. One that treats their customers like people, keeps their promises in regard to call backs. Because if the SALES department at LuJack treats their potential customers horrible, just imagine how bad their service department is. No Thank you! More
We bought a used car there for a teenager. We had shopped around quite a bit. We dealt with the high-pressure sales staff at other joints, who instantly try to talk you into a higher priced car, turn up the around quite a bit. We dealt with the high-pressure sales staff at other joints, who instantly try to talk you into a higher priced car, turn up the heat, and tell you that lower priced cars won't get financed. What a load of bilge. Anyway, Lujack was GREAT. They don't haggle so if you don't like their price, you don't shop there. No back-and-forth xx with some mystery man in the back of the store. No high pressure. They let us take the car to a local auto mechanic to have it inspected and he said it was "an awesome car." And this was a used vehicle for $5 grand. We really made them work for what was a relatively cheap car and they were very patient and professional. We asked questions about recalls, warranties, price differences (vs. Kelley Blue Book), etc., and they were all answered thoroughly and patiently. I recommend Lujack to anyone who wants a used car but doesn't want to be taken to the cleaners. (It even came with a limited warranty.) More
