While reviewing the vehicle the option for chat came up and I was paired with Zina, our salesperson. We used the chat at first and then asked for her to call as so many questions is easier by voice. I described what our family needed and explained our concern about seating for our younger kids and ease of getting them in and out. She took photos and sent them to me so I could get a better visual of the layout. I made an appointment for after my wife was off work. Due to a break in her schedule my wife was able to go earlier and Zina had it ready for us to see when we got there. In my opinion she went all out to make our purchase easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend both Zina and the dealership. They always say loyalty is earned not given. After this experience I hope to do business here for a long time. More

Unethical Sales Team STAY AWAY -- I'm a 3 time VW owner and was ready for my 4th. I found the car with the specs I was looking for at this dealership, so I contract them t STAY AWAY -- I'm a 3 time VW owner and was ready for my 4th. I found the car with the specs I was looking for at this dealership, so I contract them through Autotrader. I was contacted by Heidi from Web sales and we started the discussion where I explained clearly that I was in a lease for a 2015 GTI and looking to get into a 2016 purchase. After a few emails she was happy to give me a negotiated price, and the tax, tittle totals since I was told her that I was only willing to drive 3 hours one way if we figure out the financials first. So I drove out this morning at 12pm after taking off from work, and arrived at the dealership at 3pm. When I got there, Heidi was absent and I was handed off to the sales manager. This is where things went downhill. The sales manager named Howard, constantly tried highly unethical sales tactics such as changing the MSRP after the price discount had been negotiated. I repeatedly mentioned that I will not trade cars if theres a penalty (if I own anything on the old car). After an hour of sitting around we finally agreed on the selling price and shook hands. Now we’re swapping license plates, transferring things from my old car and they’re running my credit. Now its 6pm and I’m in the Finance office and done signing half the papers when I notice the monthly payments were 1$100 more than I had expected specially since we agreed on a deal I wanted! Guess WHAT? Howard managed to add in an additional $5500 penalty for the early lease termination on the last car!!!The finance guy points fingers at the sales, and sales pretends to be all confused like I was supposed to know what was going on. Well, things ended just right there. It was past 6pm so they jus t wanted to go home, while I had to drive home 3 hours back to Chicago. So I drove 6 hours today, missed a day from work, spent money on gas for nothing. I’ve worked hard to have excellent credit and now I have an inquiry (which hurts my score) because of the incompetence and unethical team at Lujacks. More

I had purchased a car there, many years ago. I walked around for awhile and saw a few not in my budget. Came across 3 that fit the bill, between 2013 and 2014 and a $$ I could afford. Out of the building came George and he very quickly gave me the skinny on the cars I pointed out. He seemed very keen on the Fiesta. He gave it a good review and encouraged me to take a test drive. I did and he was correct. George added to the review with more on what comes with the purchase. I did in fact purchase the 2014 Fiesta. I got to the dealership around 5:40. By the time I drove off the lot in my newer car!!, it was past 8:00. Both George and Dave the business manager stayed way past closing. It was a painless experience which I did not think was possible. I am very happy with my car and received lots of positive Facebook messages on my purchase. Thanks George. Ya done good! More
