With the current inventory shortage we have seen quickly changing availability and are working to keep up with demand. That will not be necessary as my daughter, whom I was helping in her search, found one at a competing dealership. You did fall short and I most likely will never shop any Smart dealership again. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had at any dealership. To think you want to sell me a car that isn't even on site is the most crazy thing I have ever heard.
