Felt like he listened to everything i asked for and found a perfect fit. My single complaint was about how long the entire process took, but honestly i can't think of a single dealership that can make the process go incredibly fast. The air conditioning wasn't cooling and we had assumed it just needed a charge but he insisted on a thorough inspection. Turns out he was right and said there was a leak in the back of the condenser and that it would take most of the day. I told him we were in no hurry after the way he treated us last time but again he stressed finishing it that day. Meanwhile we were shuttled home a good 20 minutes a way with no argument. Impartial Review on Dealer and Fiancing Services My wife and I bought Honda Civic 2009 from this dealership on 3/23/2015. On the dealer side, the dealer was Mr Cole Vandewoestyne. we do recommend Co My wife and I bought Honda Civic 2009 from this dealership on 3/23/2015. On the dealer side, the dealer was Mr Cole Vandewoestyne. we do recommend Cole. He seemed honest and patiently dealt with our demands, also brought a decent car for us. With Cole, customers wouldn't at least feel scammed. Here, I note that dealers do not necessarily have sufficient knowledge of vehicles they bring to customers. We were told that the vehicle's audio system can be connected via Bluetooth connection with our phone, but not the case - only auxiliary connection is supported for mobile phone devices and the audio system. In addition, we were also told that the vehicle has no rust on the body, but we found about a quarter-size rust below the driver's door. On the financing service side, Mr Dave Redmond went through the documentations. He was transparent with numbers they charge on the purchase. Mr Redmond applied the vehicle's financing to University of Iowa Credit Union. As it was late evening we were unsure whether the CU would approve our application. In any case, the dealership takes care of financing. A few days ago, we received a phone call from Wells Fargo welcoming to their vehicle financing program. We were not notified of this change from the dealership or provided with any information regarding the application to the original lender. Thanks for the unpleasant surprise Mr Redmond - We could not get any impression at all that you are extremely talented at *completely*ignoring*customers* after sales - nice job sir. FYI, besides the purchase price, the dealership charges - and charged us - $299 on Theft Prevention, $149 on Documentation fee, $309 on Title & License Fees (apart from the State Title Fee of $25), $2,218 on Service Contract and $183.26 on Sales Tax on Service Contract. Overall, if this dealership is the *only* dealer around your area, then maybe; otherwise comparing with other dealers wouldn't be too much waste of time. But as mentioned earlier, we do recommend Cole. More

He also provided very good follow up to our questions, coordinated things with the finance and service departments and made the process of buying our car very easy and stress free. Great enthusiasm My son, Joe was looking for his first car. He got a job and started looking on the internet. After a couple of disappointments he found a Honda Civic at Driver's Choice. As he was in school his dad called to get basic info and this started our journey with Dell Allen. Dell answered our first questions and after conferring with Joe we set up an appointmrnt for a test drive. Dell was just awesome. I don't know who was more excited, Joe for getting his possible first car or Dell for helping him. Well after looking the car over and more questions Dell gave the keys over and my husband and son drove the car. Joe got hooked. Now the real work began and Dell stayed patient as we worked with Joe's bank. When everything came together, again Dell was just as excited as Joe was. The day came to pick up the car and everybody was great. A busy day at Driver's Choice but everybody took their time to make this a awesome momemt in Joe's life, his first car. Dell happily gave him the keys while my son was grinning. Thank you Dell Allen for truly making this a great experience in Joe's life and ours. I would highly recommend Driver's Choice and Dell Allen. More
Top notch service center. Dan Hoffman went above and beyond We purchased an 2006 Town in country from Dealer's choice and were satisfied until we heard a whining sound. We were already coming in to get the brakes looked at so we mentioned the sound and the dome lights being out. Dan at once checked to see if we had the car past the initial period of coverage which is normal. When we let him know we had just bought the vehicle he didn't bat an eye but went right into his great customer service mode. I have worked for Nordstrom and was impressed. We were given a shuttle to the mall at once. We checked in to find out that there was a leak in the power steering and that instead of a gasket Dan felt it best to replace the whole unit...this kind of attitude builds business because now he will retain more customer referrals from us because of the service guarantee. There is more to buying a used car than the price. We did in all honesty get the car early as we were in need of a van for a performance. So we did not give them enough time to go through it. Any way we just turned on the air conditioner and its probably out of Freon or something and we'll confidently call Dan to make things right. So no matter what car issues you have whether you bought there or not you can trust you will get the best service repairs out there from oil changes to anything else. Driver's Choice is in the Lujack complex across from the Honda side. We recommend Jason Miller, Lucky from Honda (they can inter sell) and Dan Hoffman in service. 855 395 5755, Office 563 444 4135.
