I took the car in and they couldn't get it to format either. Made an appointment to find out the problem with Honda Tech people and they set me up with a loaner since it wasn't determined how long it would take. After some time that same day, I received a call to come get my car. They gave me a formatted thumb drive and sent me on my way. I had to go through the process at home with my own computer. They handled my issue as well as I could have asked and they learned about what has to happen in the process. They were courteous and professional. More

Weird noise from front driver wheel Had a weird nose coming from my front driver wheel. I had over sprayed some wheel cleaner and it got into my brake pads and rotors. He welcomed all my questions and got me all the information I needed to make my decision. Our checkout process with Rob Maser was equally good. I visited two other Honda dealerships in the area but in the end decided specifically to come back to Smart Honda because of the excellent service I received there. I had a friend recommend Smart Honda of Des Moines and I am thrilled with the experience I had! It was easy to sort through their inventory online, and once I found a car I was interested in, that also fit my budget of 10k, I called and set up a test drive. I worked with Anisa and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. She worked with my work schedule well, made herself available to me in case I had any questions, and was very quick to reply to me when I reached out to her. Brenda worked with me on all of the financing issues and made sure to explain things to me very clearly without making me feel stupid for not understanding what certain terms and conditions meant. I never felt pressured, no one ever tried to talk me into anything I wasn't comfortable with, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed to complete satisfaction. Being so young I was worried about being treated differently but everyone I interacted with treated me with the utmost respect! I would absolutely recommend checking this dealership out, especially if this is a first time experience for you! They even worked with my bank to figure out the finer details without any confusion.
