Had routine oil & filter change and multi-point inspection. Inspection revealed uneven tire wear. Tire rotation was done and alignment check indicated adjustment was needed which was also done. Wasn’t aware of the problem but discovered my 2018 CRV drives much smoother after the service. Horrible horrible customer service. Bought my van brand new . 1st service and recalls they had my van all day 10-4:30. Doesn’t take that long for the service . When I got into my van all tires were low, they told me to drive it around the block and that would reset them. What a joke, it didn’t work. So then they put air in them. 2 days later the back driver is low again, as I asked them to check it out and see why it was going low, so needless to say they didn’t rotate my tires like they said they did! And then to top it off my windows don’t roll down now. Called back and they said to bring it back down for an service appointment! They would have the van all day again for a window! So needless to say they lost my business . More

Smart Honda always does a super job for us. This time, we had a slow leak in a tire and needed immediate service to avoid damaging the tire. I tried calling to make an appointment for an oil change but was told by the recording to leave a message and I would be called back. It didn't happen. I don't know who's line I called but I went there anyw but was told by the recording to leave a message and I would be called back. It didn't happen. I don't know who's line I called but I went there anyway and was told the next available time was in mid October. I was very disappointed. I was then referred to David who did an excellent job of working me into the schedule that morning. The next time I need service I will contact David and am confident that there will be no problem setting up an appointment. I'm very grateful that he will be my contact in the future. More
