She is courteous on the phone and in person; ensuring that I am directed to the correct person I am looking for. Spencer took the time to showcase the vehicle of my choosing in the place of Clay on his day off. I am pleased with her courteousness as well. She showed me all the features and ensured I understood the pricing. Additionally, she answered all my questions I had at that time. I had a unique situation. Clay was willing to work with me while I deal with issues for the down payment for the loan of the vehicle. He is always courteous and understanding. Matt made the paperwork process easy. He is ensured I had a clear understanding of all the options of the payment plans. I had an issue with my final decision when the finance company refused the package plan for a reason. Matt was able to redo the package plan to turn out to be in my best interest after all as an afterthought; which is a good thing too. Matt was also able to work with me to establish the package part that was replace and noted as a side addition not included into loan. I was able to get a great interest rate compared to my credit. Additionally, I got the length and amount per month for the loan that I am comfortable with. Overall, Smart Honda is a great dealership to purchase a Honda vehicle. I will by my next Honda here in the future. More

Great Experience Syerra and the rest of the staff at SMART Honda were outstanding to work with....I was in for service and happened to be in the showroom area looking Syerra and the rest of the staff at SMART Honda were outstanding to work with....I was in for service and happened to be in the showroom area looking around. Syerra introduced herself and was able to answer all my questions. A few weeks later I was back and in my new 2019 Honda Accord Sport.
