Type R Picked up my Type R today. very excited. There was a slight delay in the delivery date but Smart was very transparent and kept me in the loop. This is Picked up my Type R today. very excited. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I was honestly not happy with my experience buying a car. I had to come back the next day because the computers were down and I came in at 2 pm on a S I was honestly not happy with my experience buying a car. I had to come back the next day because the computers were down and I came in at 2 pm on a Saturday and was the last to leave somehow. It seemed that the staff was not organized and I was told different status as to when my add-on mirror could be installed. I was given the keys to my car after everything and no one seemed to bother to check the vehicle and just pointed to it outside and closed the dealership doors behind me. Because of this, I couldn't even complain that the car I purchased had scratches on it!! They were deep enough to have it sent to get a paint job a week later. This paint job wasn't even done properly because I can still see the scratches. I also was told that I HAD to bring in a copy of my diploma because the printers were also down. I was going on a business trip and couldn't so I had to send my husband. My husband gets there on Monday and was told they had already printed it. The whole experience was inconvenient. I spent 2 months being tossed around with lies, waiting for them to try and make my experience better (by giving me something to compensate or even just a few free services) only for the sales manager, Aaron, to laugh in my face when I told him what happened.. That's the kind of customer service you get. He literally said "it doesn't matter" that I had bad service. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE. More
How often does this happen? I had scheduled several services for my CR-V. After the mechanics tested for one of them, it was determined that my vehicle did not need it so it wa I had scheduled several services for my CR-V. Always reminds me that im free to help myself to whatever snacks and drinks they have to offer. I love how they always put that service reminder sticker on my window that reminds me when to bring my car in because life flies me by and I'd definitely forget if not for that. Like I said, really friendly place, they try to make you feel at home and then try to get you out as soon as possible. Great service and quality so far, looking forward to my next service appointment! More
