WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I was honestly not happy with my experience buying a car. I had to come back the next day because the computers were down and I came in at 2 pm on a S I was honestly not happy with my experience buying a car. I had to come back the next day because the computers were down and I came in at 2 pm on a Saturday and was the last to leave somehow. It seemed that the staff was not organized and I was told different status as to when my add-on mirror could be installed. I was given the keys to my car after everything and no one seemed to bother to check the vehicle and just pointed to it outside and closed the dealership doors behind me. Because of this, I couldn't even complain that the car I purchased had scratches on it!! They were deep enough to have it sent to get a paint job a week later. This paint job wasn't even done properly because I can still see the scratches. I also was told that I HAD to bring in a copy of my diploma because the printers were also down. I was going on a business trip and couldn't so I had to send my husband. My husband gets there on Monday and was told they had already printed it. The whole experience was inconvenient. I spent 2 months being tossed around with lies, waiting for them to try and make my experience better (by giving me something to compensate or even just a few free services) only for the sales manager, Aaron, to laugh in my face when I told him what happened.. That's the kind of customer service you get. He literally said "it doesn't matter" that I had bad service. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE. More

How often does this happen? I had scheduled several services for my CR-V. After the mechanics tested for one of them, it was determined that my vehicle did not need it so it wa I had scheduled several services for my CR-V. Great service and attitude! Great place! My service advisor is always friendly and has a great attitude and smile. Feels like I'm stopping by at a friend's rather than a dealersh Great place! Always reminds me that im free to help myself to whatever snacks and drinks they have to offer. I love how they always put that service reminder sticker on my window that reminds me when to bring my car in because life flies me by and I'd definitely forget if not for that. Like I said, really friendly place, they try to make you feel at home and then try to get you out as soon as possible. Great service and quality so far, looking forward to my next service appointment! More

Pleasent review I would like to start off with a brief review of Vickie. She is a great receptionist who always put the customer first. She is courteous on the phon I would like to start off with a brief review of Vickie. She is a great receptionist who always put the customer first. She is courteous on the phone and in person; ensuring that I am directed to the correct person I am looking for. Spencer took the time to showcase the vehicle of my choosing in the place of Clay on his day off. I am pleased with her courteousness as well. She showed me all the features and ensured I understood the pricing. Additionally, she answered all my questions I had at that time. I had a unique situation. Clay was willing to work with me while I deal with issues for the down payment for the loan of the vehicle. He is always courteous and understanding. Matt made the paperwork process easy. He is ensured I had a clear understanding of all the options of the payment plans. I had an issue with my final decision when the finance company refused the package plan for a reason. Matt was able to redo the package plan to turn out to be in my best interest after all as an afterthought; which is a good thing too. Matt was also able to work with me to establish the package part that was replace and noted as a side addition not included into loan. I was able to get a great interest rate compared to my credit. Additionally, I got the length and amount per month for the loan that I am comfortable with. Overall, Smart Honda is a great dealership to purchase a Honda vehicle. I will by my next Honda here in the future. More
