outstanding service I drove into this dealership after having my Honda jump started at a local store parking lot. The dealer checked my battery completely and it was determined that I needed a new battery. Having checked my records at this dealership the maintenance man informed me that my battery was still on warranty. I had no idea that it was. To make a point here I was really elated to know that there was no charge. I was in this dealership no more than 30-40 minutes waiting in a comfortable waiting area. Pleasant people to work with!! did not finish jobs requested. Had to wait and go back I drove to dealer after they said requested work was complete. When I got there and paid for work, they brought the car (2017 Accord Hybrid which I h I drove to dealer after they said requested work was complete. When I got there and paid for work, they brought the car (2017 Accord Hybrid which I had bought at this dealer), and I n. oticed that it had not been washed although I was asked to sign the job order which clearly indicated a wash was ordered and completed. They took the car back while I waited another 10 minutes in their show room. When they brought it back, it was clear that water had been run over it but there were still bug smudges on the windshield and bun spots on the front grill--not a thorough cleaning/washing. I took the car because I was in a hurry, drove around a bit to pick up some supper to take home, and on the way home the check engine light cam on saying the tires were indicating low pressure, so I went back to dealer. They had rotated my tires and supposedly checked them. They checked them when I got back and found the tire settings were not calibrated==so they took careof that. They apologized and thanked me for my patience, while our supper was sitting in the car getting cold. I wondered how the rest of the service was done when these two requests were not completed. More
Easy Peasy I made it easy for Sales. I was looking for a specific Pilot and found it on Smart Honda's web site. I called to check the availability (I wasn't hear I made it easy for Sales. I was looking for a specific Pilot and found it on Smart Honda's web site. I called to check the availability (I wasn't hearing back from online requests). I spoke with Lou Castillo, who kept me informed and answered my questions via phone and text. I was able to put a deposit on the Pilot to hold it until I could get to Des Moines that weekend. Met Lou in person, he showed me all the fun details and what was different with the 2017 model and let us take it for a drive. The longest wait was for financing (a good life lesson for our teenagers who were with us). We always use a specific salesman and dealership local to us, but they don't typically get newer Pilots, so after patiently waiting, we chose Smart Honda. Really appreciate all the time Lou spent with us via phone/text/in person. Would recommend him again! More

Regular service Always impressed with the service dept. I am able to set my apppointment online. Got there at 4 pm and left before 5 pm.
