HR-V Service I had to replace the passenger side-view mirror for my Mom's 2019 HR-V, which she felt terrible for hitting our mailbox with it (adjusting to new car) I had to replace the passenger side-view mirror for my Mom's 2019 HR-V, which she felt terrible for hitting our mailbox with it (adjusting to new car). Missy took care of everything by placing the order for the parts and making an appointment for us as soon as it arrived (same day). She also took the time to stop by and say hello to my Mom and let her know that her car is good as new. My Mom was smiling all the way home!!!
