Mike Morales was my service adviser, got me checked in, took a courtesy ride from the dealership and back to, driver was on time picking me up and car was ready when promised. Rotor and break pads Brought my daughters Acura TL to have an oil change they did the normal service checks and caught that the back rotors and pads needed to be changed. Attempted to do it myself and ended up stripping out the rotor screws that held the rotor on. Had to call back and talk to Don in the service center and he was so helpful and awesome to work with. They let me use the parts I just bought and only charged me one hour of service. Smart HONDA was able to fix my mistakes and get my 16 year old back on the road within a few hours. Don and the team were awesome! More
