Service department is the best I had an unexpected problem with my 2005 Honda CRV. Pulled into the service bay and told them what was going on. Exceptional Service & Easy to Schedule I was just in for an oil change. Not only was my service done quickly, but Missy made sure I understood the other services that my car will require in I was just in for an oil change. Not only was my service done quickly, but Missy made sure I understood the other services that my car will require in the near future. While I was waiting I was able to continue working as the wifi in the waiting area is extremely easy to connect to and is quite fast. I was also able to schedule entirely online in less than 2 minutes and quickly change my appointment date/time without issues. We love Smart Honda and will definitely consider purchasing an additional vehicle in the future. More
