Excellent service. The day after Thanksgiving my 2018 pilot would not start, thinking since it was Friday there would not be a chance on getting my vehicle repa service. The day after Thanksgiving my 2018 pilot would not start, thinking since it was Friday there would not be a chance on getting my vehicle repaired. I called Mike M in the service department for help thinking again there would be no way I could get my vehicles repaired To my surprise Mike said to bring it in if I could get it started otherwise to call roadside. Fortunately my neighbor had a charger and we got it started When I got to the service department Mike got all the information and within no time they replaced the bad battery and got me on the way. Excellent service for a day after a major holiday. Problems happen but Mike took care of it. Excellent service! More

I brought my Pilot in for its regular oil change and tire rotation. After I made the appointment the vehicle's maintainence minder came on with additional items to check. My service advisor, David, looked up rotation. After I made the appointment the vehicle's maintainence minder came on with additional items to check. My service advisor, David, looked up the codes and explained they would check the items indicated in their inspection. After the oil change and inspection were complete David explained what items needed to be fixed and what items checked out as fine. He also said it would better to replace the tires rather than rotate them. All the work was completed while I waited and came in under the estimate I was given. I will continue to recommend Smart Honda for service. More
