Over 350 Thousand Miles! Yep...my 2006 Honda Civic has over 350,000 miles and I've been involved in every one. So has Smart Honda. I've always had excellent service from Smart Honda. So, when I showed up at 10:30 without an appointment with a flat tire, I was pleased that Scott Pugh agreed to take care of this problem. After a few min when I showed up at 10:30 without an appointment with a flat tire, I was pleased that Scott Pugh agreed to take care of this problem. After a few minutes, he told me that the tire needed to be replaced and that it would take an hour or so for it to be done. He offered a ride but I decided to wait. At 11:30, he told me that as soon as the tire arrived, it would be installed. At 1:00 PM I was mistakenly called by, I think David Sysombalt. We realized that he meant to call someone else. But while I was standing there, Missy Halferty who usually manages my service calls, asked me why I was there. She then went to Scott's desk, did some research and then found him and conferred. A few minutes later (about 1:30 now) he told me that the tire was on a truck but that the driver had not been told that it was a priority delivery for the Honda service department. He said that he would arrange for the tire to be delivered as soon as possible. By 3:00 PM, the work was done and Scott reduced my bill be $25 and gave me a certificiate for an oil change. Mistakes happen and it is important to evaluate service based upon what happens next. In this case, I have to give Smart Honda three stars. They accommodated me without an appointment, but a communications failure made me wait for four hours. Melissa intervened and then Scott fixed the problem, apologized and made an adjsutment to my bill. As I said, I have always rated Smart Honda's service as five stars and am submitting this review to help them develop a policy that assures follow up and communication with customers. More

Smart Honda has excellent customer service staff, who deal professionally with everyone and handle any issue quickly and with super personality. David asks all the right questions and assures that the service work is done as we agreed. i truly enjoy working with David and his associates! Smart has added a new customer service person, Brianna, who keeps us informed of the status of the work being done and makes sure the customer is provided with whatever they need, such as coffee, water, etc. I really appreciated talking with Brianna, and it is another example of how Smart values the customer!!! I had an appt set up for Sat 2/15/20 at 11:15 and left at 2:30 because they forgot about me and employee wrote down wrong commit time to be out of there. If I make an appt for an oil change the commit time should be based off of the time I scheduled not a made up time when I’m worked in. When I left after three hours I pulled out of driveway and tire pressure light went off leaving me asking if when they realized they forgot me if they really did the 10 point inspection and what else I need to look for that they may have forgotten. I understand things happen and they tried to make it right which is the only reason I’d recommend them but the time commit base they run on instead of scheduled appt time leaves holes for problems that they got caught in on my visit. I had other plans that had to be cancelled so it was very frustrating. More
