Jeff Deets - so thorough!! I traded in my favorite Mustang and purchased my Honda Civic with substantial help from Jeff Deets. I needed to find a vehicle that had great gas mile I traded in my favorite Mustang and purchased my Honda Civic with substantial help from Jeff Deets. I needed to find a vehicle that had great gas mileage since I was driving 2 hours daily to and from my job. Jeff's suggestion of the Civic was spot on and Jeff went out of his way to find the Civic with all the specs that I wanted. He took the time to explain and model all the features of the car and helped me set up the available options. Thanks Jeff! More

Misled I have escalated my concern for what it was worth and in the end was told “people make mistakes” and the manager was referencing the finance manager w I have escalated my concern for what it was worth and in the end was told “people make mistakes” and the manager was referencing the finance manager who does not know what they are selling and in my opinion fraudulently lead us to believe we had 4 years , 100000 we were paying $2500 when in actuality it was only 2 years. The contract agreement did not have the necessary date on it,(in service date) but I should somehow know when that date was. I had family in the room when we were reviewing the contract and they too confirm the finance manager told us 100,000 miles which was outlined or 4 additional years, the term of the loan. Again only to be told that they are sorry I was told wrong but the warranty is void. So I basically paid $2500 for no extension and was supposed to be fine with the answer that the finance manager must had not realized the difference. Wow. I am so disappointed that was their response. Will not be going back. More

Con artists Do whatever it takes to avoid this company. They will try to scam you and ruin your credit. They try to badger you into signing large documents with Do whatever it takes to avoid this company. They will try to scam you and ruin your credit. They try to badger you into signing large documents without having read them, sign over thousands of dollars in extended warranties and security features, and unneccesarily run your credit after telling them you already have financing through your bank. There's a reason people call them "screwjack". More
