Honda Civic Purchase I was pleased with everything regarding purchasing my new Civic. Until I left my car for the day to get the exterior package. The dealership provides you with a rental car from Enterprise. I did not understand this until I waited to get picked up by Enterprise. My total wait time by the time I left with the rental was over an hour. The car I got was dirty, stinky and nasty. It smelled like wet dog. I felt so devalued as a customer. In my many years of buying cars, I have never had to put up with anything like that to get transportation. This is an awful policy that Lujack has. More
