Chris A & Ana did everything I asked for before and even after my purchase. I asked for a few specific tasks to be completed after the purchase and Ana did an awesome job at getting things done. Communication was awesome and most importantly the car is too. I got the car serviced and checked at the VW dealer and they found the car to be perfect as well. Purchased Online..Worst Experience We purchased a vehicle online, after numerous issues of them getting us the paperwork and dealing with about 3-4 different people, we finally were del We purchased a vehicle online, after numerous issues of them getting us the paperwork and dealing with about 3-4 different people, we finally were delivered our truck. We paid full asking price after asking many questions and having many pictures. And we paid for delivery. All we asked for was a full tank of gas and a extra key FOB. We received the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel, the extra key and remote, universal $5 remote.. they cut the reverse camera off the truck to attach the temp tags, the truck came with no headlight bulbs and non-working headlights, the paint on the top of the truck was cracked to the metal and rusted. This was not disclosed to us, they onlybsjowed us the perfect paint.. horrible business, as they will not make it right as their motto says. Once they got the invoices we heard nothing back and will not return calls.. went to the BBB, not thinking they care.. maybe time to lawyer up! More
