1st things 1st my wife and I drove 4hrs to the dealership on thinking we're getting a great deal. I recieved an email the night before stating that the car I was looking at had now went on sale for a great p on thinking we're getting a great deal. I recieved an email the night before stating that the car I was looking at had now went on sale for a great price so naturally I was excited. Before leaving I called to double check to make sure this is real and was told yes and upon arriving during the test drive as well but when it came to do the paperwork was tell all of a sudden the email was sent out in error and the GM Mike comes over and tells me he's sorry but he cant honor the email but he can fill my car up for my inconvenience. What a joke. So my wife and I talk it over and buy the car anyways. Now the finance Mike is shady as well he goes over the numbers and thus dealership come to find out doesn't offer ANY type of warranty at all but goes over what is call a "tire and wheel" offer and we decline but after looking over the paperwork when we got home he charged us for it anyway an extra $990 smh so when I see this it's late because we didnt get back home until late that night called all day the next day left messages for the GM Mike but all of a sudden he's in a "meeting" which I take it he's still in because I never received a call back yet called back a few hours later to speak with sales manager Chris he takes my name and number n promises me that he will get it to Mike as soon as he gets out of his "meeting" still haven't heard from him yet. Long story short their prices are over Kelly Blue Book No Warranties Shady Salesmen False Advertisers. if I could I would give them a ZERO but Thanks be to The Lord he fights my battles!!!! And I still have the Victory!!! More

Salesman Mike Miller is a fun down to earth person who didn’t pressure me at all and gave his honest opinion when I asked his thoughts on things, whether negative or positive. Stay far away here! I brought a Tahoe at the end of March 2019 and my transmission went out October 17, 2019. DO NOT BUY FROM SMART CHEVROLET I highly do not recommend buying a vehicle from Smart Chevrolet. I purchased a brand new 2019 Silverado high country duramax a $70,000.00 truck. I had I highly do not recommend buying a vehicle from Smart Chevrolet. I purchased a brand new 2019 Silverado high country duramax a $70,000.00 truck. I had the truck shipped from NC to Fl and It took them nearly a week to get the truck picked up. Once the truck arrived It had multiple scratches. There manager Mike told me to go and get a quote to repair the brand new truck. I went directly to a local chevy dealer and got a quote of $1,200.00 to fix and repair the damages. They then informed me that they were thinking It was a few hundred and not a thousand dollars. I have left multiple messages with there manager sense submitting the invoice and they will not return my call. Now i have to come out of pocket to repair and get an attorney involved to make sure they get what they deserve. Terrible business skills. Wish i bought a truck locally. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS.
