Smail Mazda

We had purchases a new Mazda 3 back in Dec. 2008. We used the same salesman, Mike McNeal for a newest purchase (Mazda CX-7) in Oct. of this year. He is outstanding! Not pushy yet direct. He took us for a test drive, explained pretty much all there was to know about it, and let us leave, without any hassle so we could decide for ourselves when the time was right to make the deal. I would have given the "overall" rating a great, but there were some waiting periods that I feel could have been avoided. I am actually writing for 2 reasons. I took my car in for service due to the fact I did not like the dealership I was dealing with. While I was there I decided to look at the new cars. First I have to say th service due to the fact I did not like the dealership I was dealing with. While I was there I decided to look at the new cars. First I have to say the service department is great. They did a wonderful job. Then I ended up talking with Mike. He was very informative and I did not get pressured into buying a car. I bought a CX-9. I love the car and Mike was very informative as to everything it could do. I would like to thank everyone at Smail it was a great shopping experience. Thanks again for all your help. This was my first experience with requesting a dealer quote online. Steve Miller at Bud Smail kindly responded to my email with a quote and later followed-up phone call. Since he had the best quote out of two other dealerships, I chose to visit Steve. Steve was great to work with. I never felt pressured to buy the car... which is a first for me. I went into the dealership with a wealth of knowledge on the Mazda 3, and every question I threw at Steve, he answered quickly and sincerely. I absolutely LOVE the Mazda 3 I purchased. I'm actually still in shock at how enjoyable my experience was at the dealership.. I just can't believe it!. After the sale, he even took the time to go through all of the features of the car with me, as well as set up the Bluetooth capabilities in my car and synced it with my iPhone. I am very pleased with Steve and his level of professionalism. I would definitely purchase from him again in the future. More

Smail Mazda has great customer service, with Mike our sales consultant we were impressed with his knowlege of the Mazda6 we bought. Everyone there was very friendly and treated us with respect. I went into the dealership knowing exactly which car I wanted and what price I was looking f I was very pleased with my experience at Smail Mazda! I never felt pressured to change my mind or make a quick decision, which is definately not typical for a car dealership. After just a few minutes of negotiating, we were at the price I was comfortable with and started the paperwork, which seemed to take forever, but thats typical. Overall, Mike did a great job and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. While meeting with Nick to sign all the final paperwork, I was very impressed with how easy going and informative he was. Once again, he explained everything very well, and I never felt pressured into to buying anything extra. Overall, I was very impressed with the Smail Mazda dealership! They did a great job and I LOVE my Mazda 3! More

In spite of inclement weather, power outages, and a driver having to deliver the final paperwork for signing, the entire experience worked out perfectly.
