Smail Mazda

My experience with Smail Mazda has been exceptional from top to bottom so far. I felt extremely comfortable buying my new Mazda CX-7 on Saturday February 25th, 2012 thanks to Ralph Kercheval. He was very upfront and honest on cost and I feel I got a great deal on my CX-7. I didn't feel rushed into my decision, as I was with my previous car purchase. Ralph made sure I was properly introduced in the service department, and the service department was equally comforting thanks to John. The service department did an excellent job preparing my Mazda for delivery and Ralph helped transfer everything from my old car to my new Mazda and zoom zoom ... I was on my way :) I love the overall feel and drive of my Mazda CX-7 and I am completely satisfied to this point with service, the CX-7 itself, the friendliness and the price. More

I was very impressed with Smail Mazda. They were all very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I was especially impressed with the salesperson I worked with (Vincent). Vincent took it upon himself to ensure that the vehicle was detailed properly by himself and another employee. This is above and beyond what I would expect from the typical salesperson. If he did not have an answer immediately, he was willing to research it to find out. I went to the dealer 2 weeks before purchasing my car to do some looking around and get information, and Steve gave me a follow up call afterwards to ask if I had any other questions that I did not ask while I was there. I thought that he was very considerate, and he helped me in every way possible during the whole process. I will very likely go back to Smail when I buy my next car. More
