He was very upfront and honest on cost and I feel I got a great deal on my CX-7. I didn't feel rushed into my decision, as I was with my previous car purchase. Ralph made sure I was properly introduced in the service department, and the service department was equally comforting thanks to John. The service department did an excellent job preparing my Mazda for delivery and Ralph helped transfer everything from my old car to my new Mazda and zoom zoom ... I was on my way :) I love the overall feel and drive of my Mazda CX-7 and I am completely satisfied to this point with service, the CX-7 itself, the friendliness and the price. More
