I had been searching for a vehicle for the last month, but either the sales representative or the car itself were not good matches for my needs. Clark was terrific, we had alot of fun talking to him. He and my boyfriend exchanged stories about motorcycles, cars and extreme driving. I called to inquire about the vehicle I ended up purchasing. The Monroeville dealer had the same car and I had an appointment with their sales manager to see it at 9am that Saturday morning. When we arrived at the Monroeville dealership, I was told the car was sold the day before, even though the manager called me on Friday night at 8:30pm to confirm my appointment. So, I looked on the internet to see if any other dealer had it in their inventory, Clark was the person that answered my call. He knew we were driving from Pittsburgh to see it. When we got there, the SUV was sitting right in front of the showroom and it was freshly washed. It was so pretty and I was so excited. I never felt pressured to make the decision to purchase. There was no sales pressure and I felt like the decision was mine. When I went to the dealership at 6:30pm to test drive and talk with Ralph, I was surprised by the amount of information provided to me and the work done by everyone at Smail in order to get my Mazda CX-5 ready to take home that night. Other dealerships tried to talk me into a different vehicle than I wanted to see, but Ralph asked me what I wanted to see and took the time to go over the finer details of the vehicle without hesitation. I didn't feel like I was being told what I SHOULD buy, I felt like I was being ASKED what I would like to buy. Unlike other dealerships, my opinion mattered to Ralph. He wanted to know what I liked to drive, what I liked about the Mazda models etc. The atmosphere was relaxed and I was not expecting to drive home my new CX-5 that night, but Ralph and his crew made it happen!
