We have purchased quite a few cars and it is not something we look forward to at all but.....our experience with Steve at Smail Mazda was wonderful. I told him what I wanted and where I needed to be price wise and in about 15 mins I had a deal. He had the car I asked for PDI'd (not sure those are the corrected initials) and also on our way over there I called about another model and color and he had that one ready for us to look at as well. Both were sitting right out front shining! He told us the differences between each model and show us the features. He then took us for a test drive on all different types of roads, bumpy, coarse, hills, and highways. We asked about other colors and he showed us them and we ended up choosing a different color than we had planned but Steve had no problem with that and got it PDI'd and detailed pretty much by the time we were done with all the paperwork and financing. He then took us out again and went over all the features and helped us set up my phone with the Bluetooth system in the car. He was very nice, informative, thorough and detailed with all aspects of the purchase of our new Mazda. Plus what was very nice was that he, himself, owns the same model! Makes you at ease to know some salesman isn't trying to sell you something he would never buy. So we would be more than happy to recommend Smail and Steve to all of our family and friends; and to ourselves when we buy our next new vehicle!!!! Thanks Steve! More

I have owned a Mazda Tribute since 2001. It has been a very reliable, safe, and gas efficient car. I have been a single parent and needed a very dependable car. One that would meet my needs and my children's needs. The car was not only great looking, but also was a delight to drive and it met all of our needs! My daughter needed a car, so I gave her my Mazda Tribute and I bought a new Mazda CX-5. The salesman, Ralf Kercheval, was wonderful! He demonstrated and explained all of the cars functions in a manner that I could understand...and believe e I'm a slow learner when it comes to cars! The test ride that he took me on certainly showed me the the cabilities of the car. Ralph also made me feel like I was an appreciated member of the Mazda family. I know that once I bought the car, I would not be left hanging. Ralph told me that he would be checking with me to see if I had any questions and he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions before he called!! That's unheard of in the business world today. I've already received an e-mail from him and this is only the second day that I have owned the car. He informed me of the many programs that Mazda offers to new owners and the many other advantages of being a Mazda owner. The purchasing process of a new car was painless. In fact, it was a delight. I went there to buy a new Mazda 3, and I was actually on the lot looking at colors. My husband was meeting me there after work. He could not be bothered to get a different color. He said that I should be easy to persuade. My husband then went up to the sales manger and introduced himself as my husband. My husband told him he was not happy about what he just heard and the manger said oh well. We left and I will never go back. More
