The Monroeville dealer had the same car and I had an appointment with their sales manager to see it at 9am that Saturday morning. When we arrived at the Monroeville dealership, I was told the car was sold the day before, even though the manager called me on Friday night at 8:30pm to confirm my appointment. So, I looked on the internet to see if any other dealer had it in their inventory, Clark was the person that answered my call. He knew we were driving from Pittsburgh to see it. When we got there, the SUV was sitting right in front of the showroom and it was freshly washed. It was so pretty and I was so excited. I never felt pressured to make the decision to purchase. Clark was thorough in reviewing the features of the car and even programmed my bluetooth. we would definitely recommend Clark and would even return for future purchases even though the dealership is so far away.
