I have owned a Mazda Tribute since 2001. It has been a very reliable, safe, and gas efficient car. I have been a single parent and needed a very dependable car. One that would meet my needs and my children's needs. The car was not only great looking, but also was a delight to drive and it met all of our needs! My daughter needed a car, so I gave her my Mazda Tribute and I bought a new Mazda CX-5. The salesman, Ralf Kercheval, was wonderful! He demonstrated and explained all of the cars functions in a manner that I could understand...and believe e I'm a slow learner when it comes to cars! The test ride that he took me on certainly showed me the the cabilities of the car. Ralph also made me feel like I was an appreciated member of the Mazda family. I know that once I bought the car, I would not be left hanging. Ralph told me that he would be checking with me to see if I had any questions and he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions before he called!! That's unheard of in the business world today. I've already received an e-mail from him and this is only the second day that I have owned the car. He informed me of the many programs that Mazda offers to new owners and the many other advantages of being a Mazda owner. The purchasing process of a new car was painless. In fact, it was a delight. Thank you Mazda for being so personal and helpful in a world that doesn't value those qualities any more. Thanks for such a great car and considering me part of the Mazda family!!! More

I went there to buy a new Mazda 3, and I was actually on the lot looking at colors. My husband was meeting me there after work. He could not be bothered to get a different color. He said that I should be easy to persuade. My husband then went up to the sales manger and introduced himself as my husband. My husband told him he was not happy about what he just heard and the manger said oh well. We left and I will never go back. More

This year, my husband and I decided to purchase a new car. We were heavily considering the Honda CRV since some of our family and friends own one, however, my husband read some excellent reviews on the car. We were heavily considering the Honda CRV since some of our family and friends own one, however, my husband read some excellent reviews on the Mazda CX-5 2014 so we traveled to a dealership in Greensburg, PA . Ralph Kercheval approached us and proceeded to show and let us both test drive the Mazda. As we sat in traffic with a large truck next to us, Ralph pointed out the quietness of the car. I wear two hearing aids and I was astonished that I could hear the conversation and music playing so clearly without hearing all the outside noise. Impressive! When my husband and I drove the Mazda for a test drive, we were also impressed how well it performed on the road. The Mazda CX-5 holds the road tightly and we loved the power of it going up a hill. Ralph pointed out all the qualities of the car and is obviously an expert in his knowledge of the Mazda. Myself being in the customer service business for over 24 years, Ralph is a true gem to the Mazda dealership. We were treated as "family" and service goies a long way when considering a vehicle that you'll be driving on a daily basis. We were sold! Only one suggestion for Mazda. I think there should be at least two color choices for interiors no matter what the outside color of the car is. Other than that, we both love our new 2014 Mazda CX-5. Clark was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took his time to explain all the features of the car. He was not overy aggressive. This was very much appreciated.
