This was my first experience in buying from a car dealership and Keith made this a great process. He took the time to get to know my Dad and I and what I was looking for (an AWD 2014 CX-5). We took it for a test drive and then came back and discussed my leasing options. He was extremely easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I didn't have to mess around with trying to drive the price down and he showed me all the numbers for invoice and what the sticker price was. I never felt pressured or that I had to make a decision instantly which was great. Once we agreed on a lease he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase and that I didn't have any questions. I will be sure to recommend Keith to anyone looking for a vehicle and will definitely be a repeat customer. More

On 1-2-14 I arrived at Smail Mazda to look at a 2014 Mazda CX-9. I was currently driving a Nissan Rogue that I was leasing from Nissan. I was not expecting to be able to get out of my current lease, Mazda CX-9. I was currently driving a Nissan Rogue that I was leasing from Nissan. Keith Rosky helped work out a deal, not only to get me out of my current lease, but also to get the Mazda CX-9 into a price range I could afford. Overall it was a great car buying experience, and I was so impressed, that I even recommended to my mother that she contact Keith Rosky, as she is also in the market for a new vehicle. She has since then contacted Keith, and will be visiting Smail Mazda in the next few days. Keith Rosky was very professional and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. I really appreciated that he stayed after hours to try and get us quotes for the 2013 mazda 3. However, I did not like would recommend him to anyone. I really appreciated that he stayed after hours to try and get us quotes for the 2013 mazda 3. However, I did not like that others from the building were calling him every 5 seconds to see if they could go home since it was past hours. I'm not exactly sure who those people were but I felt it was very rude. Steve was great at his job. He knows the Mazda fleet well and was able to answer my questions regarding the various models I was interested. He truly possesses great knowledge about the electronic sys well and was able to answer my questions regarding the various models I was interested. He truly possesses great knowledge about the electronic systems of my Mazda 6 GT edition. He was very practical and helped steer me in the right direction as to what I needed in a car. I didn't feel pressured or misled by him. He truly has a great approach to his clients. I would definitely consider buying a car from him again. Where the car salesman pretends over and over to be your friend and tries to make a deal with the “Boss”. Overall the memory of the experience was positive… and buying a car is low on my list of fun things to do. The finance guy (Nick?) was also not pushing on add on services. I understand any finance guy has to tell you about the services offered but I didn’t feel pressured at any time. So if you can’t remember which salesman to ask for…. Try to remember the greatest Christmas movie of all time. Clark Griswold flew down that snowy hill on his lubed up sled and you will be in and out with a New Mazda with Clark Shepler at Smail Automotive. More
