My family has been buying cars from Smail for over 10 years. When it was time to buy a new car, my fiance and I never hesitated to look at this dealer. When I walked into the dealership, Keith was ther years. When it was time to buy a new car, my fiance and I never hesitated to look at this dealer. When I walked into the dealership, Keith was there to answer all my questions. He was able to show us Mazda cars as well as a GMC. The experience was great, Keith was knowledgeable about the cars we were test driving, and was able to answer any questions that we might have had. This was the second Mazda I have purchased from Smail's, I can't say enough about the experience here. I will always look at Smail's first when deciding to buy a new car. More

Keith Rosky was very professional and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. I really appreciated that he stayed after hours to try and get us quotes for the 2013 mazda 3. However, I did not like would recommend him to anyone. I really appreciated that he stayed after hours to try and get us quotes for the 2013 mazda 3. However, I did not like that others from the building were calling him every 5 seconds to see if they could go home since it was past hours. I'm not exactly sure who those people were but I felt it was very rude. Steve was great at his job. He knows the Mazda fleet well and was able to answer my questions regarding the various models I was interested. He truly possesses great knowledge about the electronic sys well and was able to answer my questions regarding the various models I was interested. He truly possesses great knowledge about the electronic systems of my Mazda 6 GT edition. He was very practical and helped steer me in the right direction as to what I needed in a car. I didn't feel pressured or misled by him. He truly has a great approach to his clients. I would definitely consider buying a car from him again. Where the car salesman pretends over and over to be your friend and tries to make a deal with the “Boss”. Overall the memory of the experience was positive… and buying a car is low on my list of fun things to do. The finance guy (Nick?) was also not pushing on add on services. I understand any finance guy has to tell you about the services offered but I didn’t feel pressured at any time. So if you can’t remember which salesman to ask for…. Try to remember the greatest Christmas movie of all time. Clark Griswold flew down that snowy hill on his lubed up sled and you will be in and out with a New Mazda with Clark Shepler at Smail Automotive. More

Henry was very helpful with his knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 that we purchased. His patience with us as we test drove two separate vehicles and taking the steps to follow-up if we had any questions was ap CX-5 that we purchased. My only complaint is not about his knowledge of Mazda (because he knew his information when it came to anything about the Mazda vehicles) but of Acura. The other vehicle we test drove was the Acura RDX (similar in size to the CX-5) but he had limited knowledge even though Acura was another Smail dealership. More
