We met with Jim Calabrese who we immediately liked. He was professional and patient since, like I said, I was new at this. We looked at different prices and different options and found a price we were willing to work with. Mr. Calabrese went with me for a test drive and when we got back we finished the paperwork and I had my keys. He even followed us home in the car that I drove to the dealership, since my dad and I had driven separately (because my Dad wanted to just look) I was extremely happy with the whole experience and I love my car. Jim Calabrese was very professional, personable, kind, and helpful. He did his job very well and as I said, I was very pleased. More
