My car was totalled in an accident on New Years Eve. I had been shopping for a car going on 5 wks looking for that "perfect" car to replace a car that I never expected to buy. Every night I was on the computer comparing Toyota, Honda and Chevrolet. Everyone I spoke with had an opinion. I found 2 cars that looked interesting at Smails Honda. I NEVER owned a Honda and thought I would be owning a Toyota. When I arrived I was met by Chris. He was very pleasant and I explained my situation to him. 1 hour later my husband and I were driving off in a beautiful 2011 Honda Pilot that we absolutely love. Chris new how much was in my budget and where I stood in my search. He knew what my criteria was in a vehicle and he was able to find the car that matched those needs. So far I can say I am very happy with my experience at Smail Honda Village. It was a 45 minute drive for us but well worth it! More

As an out of town buyer with over a 2 hour commute, I needed as much information as possible on the quality of the used Toyota Tacoma and the sales price before I could justify making a trip to Smail. Krystle was very responsive to my emails and respected my request for email as my primary mode of communicaton. When I came to Smail to test drive the vehicle, Krystle and her manager were very fair with the price and were able to work with me to achieve my financial needs. Once the deal was agreed upon, Krystle and Jim Long did an exceptional job preparing the vehicle and papework so my family and I could get on the road for our long drive back home.
