My husband and I were staying in Latrobe, PA. This was a business related stay for two weeks. We live in Tennessee. I have been wanting a new vehicle for quite some time. My current vehicle was 10yrs old with 118,000 plus miles on it. We ended up stopping at Smail Honda, JUST TO LOOK. I had been considering other vehicles, as I have never been a Honda owner. What a nice surprise! We had the pleasure of dealing with Curt Greek. Curt was so very personable, helpful, & knowledgeable. There was no pressure or sugar-coated sales pitches, which I detest. It was refreshing. After our initial visit, we returned the following week to make a purchase. Smail Honda is about taking care of the customer. That speaks volumes of the management. Our experience was stellar. I can assure you this much, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle there. No dealership in Knoxville TN even comes close. Thank you Curt Greek. I first met Curt through the Smail Honda Village website when I was looking for a Honda Element three years ago. Although I was thoroughly satisfied with my Element the rescue that I had adopted had outgrow when I was looking for a Honda Element three years ago. Although I was thoroughly satisfied with my Element the rescue that I had adopted had outgrown the "Dog Friendly" package that was installed when I got that vehicle. Prior to acquiring the Element I had been a longtime customer of a certain very large domestic automaker. However, the experiences that I have had with the Element, Honda, Honda Village and especially Curt made it pretty obvious where a search for a new vehicle would begin and end. And though I do kind of miss the Element my faithful four legged companion seems to be much happier now that he has more room to move around in the back cargo area of the CRV. As for Curt, because of his initial quick responsiveness when I was looking for an Element I bypassed a Honda dealer less than a couple of miles from where I live. Because of his consistent professionalism, resourcefulness and above all else patience I never gave that dealer a thought when it came time to upgrade Crosby's mode of transportation.
