We were not expecting to buy a car this day.We had just purchased a 2014 CRV in June and we were hoping to get more time out of our Acura. Martin de Salterain worked with us on finding a suitable used car. We ended up buying a 2011 Honda Accord EX. We have never enjoyed the process of buying a car, but Martin made the whole experience enjoyable! He has a passion for the Honda product and he also expressed great satisfaction working for Smail. Quite a difference from an experience I had in San Diego many years ago when the dealership accidentally "lost" the keys of my current car to force me to buy a new car from them that day. I was so angry I had my car towed away to a different dealer and bought my new car elsewhere of course. After having had this negative experience in San Diego, I never look forward to buying a new car. However, since this is my second lease through Wes and Smail, it speaks volumes to them for making my car buying process efficient and pleasurable.
