I went for a test drive and loved the Honda CRV (I've driven a Ford for the last 20 years but due to a terrible car buying experience with my last vehicle I decided never again to buy a Ford). There was not one minute that I felt pressured by the salesman. I wasn't talked down to (for being a female) and I went to the dealership by myself. They gave me a great price but even more important I loved the perks of buying my car from Smail (free inspections & oil changes for as long as I own this vehicle), I will buy from this dealership for as long as I am buying cars.
