I am a very difficult and particular person to work with, and I like what I like. I gave her a list of things I wanted and she told me what Honda could do for me. She kept me updated with the build schedule of my car, and was quick to let me know of any changes. It was exactly what she said, and actually came in early. She set up the car for me, with my preferences, covered the features, and went on a test drive with us explaining other options. I will go back to Kim for my next purchase, and would recommend her to anyone. We looked at 9 other dealers in the area, and Kim made Smail Honda the choice for us. If I were you, I would wait in line to get Kim, she is by far the best salesperson I have worked with in years. She even checked in days later to see how thing were going. More
