Great First Car Buying Experience I've never bought a car before and had this idea that a sales person would come out and be aggressively trying to tell me everything or sell me someth I've never bought a car before and had this idea that a sales person would come out and be aggressively trying to tell me everything or sell me something but it wasn't like that at all. I went with my brother and father and we had an idea of what two cars we wanted to look at so when Kim came out and asked what we were looking for and how she could help us she was able to give us a run down of the two vehicles and let us test drive the both of them after she drove first and explained all of the features. The whole time we were there Kim was very accommodating, helpful, and just nice to talk with and just made the overall experience very enjoyable. After we shook hands and I had bought the car, she provided me with the tech tutor videos from Honda and has given me multiple ways of contacting her so even when I'm out of town and I have a question I know I can ask her and she'll help me out. I walked into Smail Honda a little intimated but I had a great experience the entire time, and Kim made it possible for me to walk(drive) away with the car I had wanted.
