Worth the extra drive. I travel an hour each way to get to Smail Honda. There are many closer Honda dealerships, but the experience at Smail is so much superior. Everyone is incredibly courteous and professional, and they always do the extra little things to make the experience as good as possible. The sales staff is low-key with no pressure at all. And the service outlines every detail, and I trust their knowledge and recommendations. I never feel that unneeded services are being pushed on me. It’s worth the drive, even for a simple oil change. In fact, when I asked him about needing other services, he told me I could wait, that I didn't need it then. Brandon has always gone out of his way to help me with my car servicing. Awful Service! I came in looking for parts for a Honda Civic and I walk up to two men that are looking down on their phones and when I tried to get their attention t I came in looking for parts for a Honda Civic and I walk up to two men that are looking down on their phones and when I tried to get their attention they gave me ignorant looks. It made me feel very insignificant and like I wasn't important enough to them. They were not very helpful and I did not get the information I came in for.
