Fantastic Experience At Smail! So my boyfriend been looking for a car, we tried a couple other dealers. It seemed like no one was willing to help us out. I got online and chatted wi So my boyfriend been looking for a car, we tried a couple other dealers. It seemed like no one was willing to help us out. I got online and chatted with the live help. They had John Ulm email me right away. He was very nice and answered all the questions I had. Then I called the finance guy Bill Cline and talked about loans and what I was looking for in a car. He was super nice also. They got a hold of us the next day and said they had a car. So we went up and bought a 2012 Honda Fit. Which was everything we were looking for in a car. Both of the guy that worked with us didn't pressure us or do the old bait and switch. They were just down to earth guys. The experience was a cake walk compared to the other places we went to. I would highly recommend this Honda dealer to my friends and family. More

Kim had already had the vehicle cleaned and ready for my test drive. The first out the door price I was given I thought was a little high. It was easily negotiated by Kim to what I thought was a more than fair out the door price. Paper work took less than 5 minutes. Kim thoroughly explained all the features of the car. More
