My car fob light was on and even after changing batteries. My car wasn't starting intermittently. I called Smail Honda service but they were booked.The service dept understood my panicked situatio batteries. My car wasn't starting intermittently. They would at least diagnose the issue but I may have a long wait. I was thrilled as Brandon took the time to diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. They also said they would fix the problem even with their busy schedule. The mechanic had the issue fixed within 20 min and sent me happily on my way.. It was such a relief I didn't have to worry about getting a tow. This is why I continue to have my car serviced by my Honda dealerfor the past 20 years. More
