OIL change $300 I made an appointment for an oil change. Kari Evancho was my service advisor. I left with a $297.90 bill!!!! I was asked if I wanted 2 filters chang I made an appointment for an oil change. Kari Evancho was my service advisor. I left with a $297.90 bill!!!! I was asked if I wanted 2 filters changed. I did say yes because Kari said it was due to change them. I wasn't given a quote. Dummy me figured it would only be a total of $100. I wished Cari would have given me a heads up and itemized the costs for me before starting the work. Also, I was asked to lie and say the appointment only took 25 minutes when I sat there for 1.5 hours! In addition, I was asked by Kari to give her all 5 star ratings when I filled out the survey. I called Dan and left a message but no response! Next time I will ask that Frank Sabino take care of me. Many customers I know have told me he is the BEST!!!!!!!! More

Satisfied Customer I would of given a 5 star rating if all went smoothly except for a damaged part in a new vehicle discovered after pick up. I fooled with everything I could think of in the car, trying to make it stop. When I'd finally had enough, I took the car to Smail. They found the problem and replaced the faulty part immediately...at no charge! I am grateful and, as always, 100% satisfied with Smail service. It is a quality dealership staffed by good people.
