My experience at Smail was great and I believe it was all due to Justin Thompson. He went above and beyond so that I could drive a new CRV. The service is very friendly and most always top notch; however, I think that they might have been a little rushed. Friendly and professional staff! We have had 6 or 7 Hondas that we leased or bought through the years, but not all from Smail. Today was the first time we were told our car should We have had 6 or 7 Hondas that we leased or bought through the years, but not all from Smail. Today was the first time we were told our car should have had the differential fluid replaced at 15000 miles. It is just over 22000 miles and we paid to have the work done. I was told it was necessary because we have a lot of hills. Really? Has auto technology really changed that much? This is the only vehicle we have had that ever needed differential fluid changed as part of recommended service. What surprise will we get at the next service date? We like Smail Honda but this will more than likely be the last Honda we lease. More
