January 26, 2024. Worst service I have ever had at this facility. I was told they 'got rid of' the receptionist! I waited 1/2 hr more than I needed to as my car was Worst service I have ever had at this facility. I was told they 'got rid of' the receptionist! I waited 1/2 hr more than I needed to as my car was 'already done' and I was waiting to pay the receptionist but I guess the service associates take payment now! Terrible! No one read to me anything about the synopsis of my car and I spent over $500! Will be rethinking coming back here. More
