My ford explorer went in to be inspected. I made it clear that I didn’t want anything but the inspection and emission to be completed. Upon picking up, I was told an oil change was completed on my veh clear that I didn’t want anything but the inspection and emission to be completed. Upon picking up, I was told an oil change was completed on my vehicle. They said it was requested at the time the appointment was scheduled. That is incorrect. I was not charged for it and the salesman was very accommodating, but it I wish better attention was paid at the time of scheduling as I specifically requested that NO other services should be performed. Frustrating! More

I was not pleased ! My first oil change. First ! It should have been free for what I paid for the truck. After the oil change I had oil drops on my garage floor. I looked My first oil change. First ! It should have been free for what I paid for the truck. After the oil change I had oil drops on my garage floor. I looked under the vehicle to see oil all over the frame under the engine. Filter and plug were tight and no leakage. Apparently technician allowed oil to drain on skid plate and side of engine. Not how I treat a new vehicle !!! More
